TERMS OF THE ECLIPSE™ LAUNCH PROGRAM

The Eclipse™ Launch Program (“Program”) empowers people to unite around the ideas that matter to them and help make those ideas move forward in development. Bleep, LLC (“Company”) has set up the Program to support the development and commercialization of the Company’s next generation sleep apnea product. It is important to understand that by supporting the Program with the intent on receiving a Perk is not the same as buying product. Supporting the Program means you are helping a work-in-progress project idea move forward. Further, it’s important to know that your contribution is not buying an existing product. Through the Program, you are getting in on an early-stage project, you accept the risk that the Program may experience delays, changes, unforeseen challenges, and the Program might not come to successful completion. There is no guarantee that your contribution will result in you in success of the Program or you receive a Perk in the future. The intended Perk for making a $145.28 for the quarterly bundle contribution to the Program is a perk of $34.13 (the “Perk”).
